1. WASTE AND RECYCLING
We have designated rooms where we sort and store recyclable materials separately – paper, plastic film, metals and plastics, glass and biodegradable waste. Used light sources and batteries are stored in a separate room and sent for disposal to a specialist recycling company.
2. OPTIMISATION OF ENERGY AND WATER CONSUMPTION
We have implemented a system for managing electricity and air conditioning, and we also monitor water consumption. We use energy-efficient light sources and adjust their intensity to weather conditions.
3. BIODIVERSITY
It is important for us to maintain ecological balance and adapt our facilities to the neighbouring forests. We have installed nesting boxes for birds, houses for hedgehogs, hotels for pollinating insects and feeders. We will continue to do so.
4. PREVENTION OF ENVIRONMENTAL POLLUTION
We comply with environmental protection standards and regulations.
5. CYCLISTS
For cyclists visiting our Shopping Centre, we have provided bicycle racks and a public, self-service bicycle repair station.
6. REST AREA
We have placed benches and tables in the centre where you can rest.
7. EDUCATION
We are committed to initiatives that promote ecological practices, which is why we run workshops and provide advice on sustainable development, respect for the environment and healthy lifestyles.
